Why peace?

Why peace? Why now? For those who have had doors closed or been feeling in the battlefield for a while then the suffering state ends.

A remedy for the mixed feelings around…is it safe to come out? How can I trust this will last? Why was it necessary for me to walk that less favourable piece of path first? Who kept me from this state of nirvana for so long?
