Solo essences are all listed in the products page. They consist of one of the frequencies in the range per bottle at stock strength. All the essences I present are incredibly complex products and can be supportive in a wide range of situations. It is often more effective to work with the remedies one at a time, allowing them to fully integrate before moving onto the next one.

It is possible to receive the frequencies in the essences via distance therapy sessions. 1-1 telephone or video based sessions begin at £50/30 minutes. All distance sessions are free for children. Email me for more information at eleanor@returntoessence.co.uk

Blended remedies consist of several stock level solo essences combined at treatment strength into one bottle for ease. Most of the essences I have presented are designed to be taken as solo essences, however, some are appropriate as blended remedies. There are some blended remedies listed in the products page, I can produce a unique blended remedy for you, or you can purchase several solo essences and blend them yourself. Email me for any specific blend orders at eleanor@returntoessence.co.uk

Alongside the essences, you can purchase hand made cards by my 2 year old daughter of which 100% of all revenues goes to your chosen charity, either: Save the children, Unicef, WaterAid or British Red Cross.
